One of the key products for Microtech is the manufacture of air intake filters, with an ever expanding product portfolio.

The performance of Microtech air filters is important in retrospect to air flow efficiency, pressure drop and life expectancy.

The range uses the latest high efficiency, low energy media’s in cellulose paper or synthetic fibres. The pleated media is encapsulated by metal or moulded polyurethane end caps and further stabilised by inner and outer expanded or perforated reinforced screens.

As well as providing essential engine protection for compressors and off-road plant and equipment, they also promote a cleaner and safer working environment for operatives.

When the filter media is fully loaded, the complete element is disposed of responsibly and replaced. However, Microtech can also supply reusable elements, which are cleaned and put back into service
