Hydraulic Filters

Microtech Filters are a leading Hydraulic Filter Manufacturer, based in the UK. Offering the design and manufacturer of high quality, long lasting and great value Hydraulic Filters.

And in industries and applications where Hydraulic Filters are used, we know that the choice of cartridges is now more critical due to the increased performance requirements for hydraulic systems.

However, you can be reassured that Microtech Filter’s Hydraulic cartridges are reliable and effective, offering protection against down time due to contamination. We offer 5 types of effective filter media dependant upon the degree of filtration required by the end user. The use of these materials in our filter elements allows the end user or designer to select the most appropriate filter.

Microtech manufacture a range of hydraulic filters in the following media:

Microglass Fibre: Non woven bonded fibre, which is chemically resistant giving large dirt holding capacity and low differential pressure, available in 3, 6, 12 and 25 micron. All our microglass elements conform to Beta 75/200 rating.

Polyester: Bonded polyester fibres, chemically resistant – ideal choice for water, glycol and mineral oils. Micron rating 25, 50 and 100.

Stainless Steel Mesh: Excellent dirt holding capacity, used in back flush systems, and can operate at high temperature. Available in 0.4 to 4000 microns.

Microtech manufactures food compliant filters, using the highest grade of medias and compliant polyurethanes.

Medias such as PTFE coated and membrane as well as HEPA grades H13 and H14 to optimise powder filtration efficiencies.
