Product Development
Microtech has developed and enhanced designs alongside industry knowledge from independents and multi-national corporations. Manufacturing has incorporated pleated and wrapped elements using a variety of medias, predominantly 304 and 316 grade stainless steel meshes and perforated sheet metals.
Microtech stocks a variety of high grade stainless steel meshes ranging from 0.5 micron up to 4000 micron, dependent upon our customers specific requirements.
Bespoke Manufacture
Through our past experience of the products required within the Gas industry, Microtech has developed the ability to fabricate using state of the art Tig and Mig welding facilities.
In addition we have the facility to supply sintered products and continually embrace the introduction of new manufacturing methods.
